Laura
D. DeGiacomo is thrilled to be a part of the Village
Theatre Project. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre
from Emerson College with a secondary concentration in
Dance. When not performing, Laura enjoys teaching music
and dance for young children at Family Music Makers.
Currently she is also choreographing both the VTP’s
production of Children of Eden, and High School Musical,
for Littleton HS. During the summer she also choreographs
for Wheelock Family Theatre's Youth and Teen programs.
Some of her favorite performance credits include VTP’s
inaugural production of Better off Dead (Emily), the
National Tours of Grease (US Sandy/Patty), Showboat (Kim),
European Tour of K. Hill's Phantom of the Opera (Jammes).
Other regional favorites include Marty (u/s Rita, Fantasy
Girl), Tommy, A Christmas Carol, Fiddler on The Roof,
Anything Goes and Babes in Toyland. Special thanks to
her husband Michael, Mom, friends and family for all
