Children of Eden

Our second full production included the talents of 44 Young Company members, from many surrounding towns, including Groton, Harvard, Pepperell, Westford, Townsend, Lowell, Ashby, and Nashua NH. It performed to sold out crowds, and offered the participants a chance to work with a “double-casting” format. In this format some performers share a role, allowing many of the cast members to interact with different scene partners at each rehearsal and performance, promoting further creativity and teamwork throughout the production.

In December 2005, Village Theatre Project’s Young Company presented its first fully-staged production on stage at the Groton-Dunstable Performing Arts Center:

Our own musical adaptation by Troy Siebels was directed by Christopher Chew, and featured an ensemble cast of the Village Theatre Project Young Company:  Danielle Beauchesne, Joan-Seda Bejaniance, Leo Biocchi, Hannah Cutino, Christine Devlin, Tom Doyle, Anne Dufault, Meg Gandle, Tim Harrington, Brad Koed, Kristen Koed, Jerad Lawson, Claire McCallan, Amy Olson and Shannon Stockwell.
